Trayvon Bromell, Fastest 100m in the World 2015

Baylor sophomore Trayvon Bromell wins the Men’s 100m with a 9.90w at Texas Relays.
His work ethic, determination and faith are extremely impressive but his running form is nearly perfect. A few things to point out in the picture above and in the video would be:
- Trunk is upright and ‘running tall’ with a 5 degree forward lean.
- Running on balls of feet
- Elbows locked at 90 degrees swinging at shoulder
- Arms pumping parallel to body
- Head is relaxed, Eyes focused straight ahead
In addition, here is a great interview with speed coach, Travis Hansen.
